Position Title: Senior Archer Developer

Role Specific Duties:

• Manage, design, develop, and administer the entire Archer platform to align with defined
  business processes
• Implement Use Cases and Archer On Demand Applications (ODAs) as required by the customer
• Support data reporting consolidation/standardization activities
• Serve as an expert technical resource to programming staff in the program development,
  testing, and implementation process
• Assist with the integration of Archer with other applications and databases
• Implement requirements, build applications, make updates, create reports dashboards, and run
  datafeeds
• Put together reports, generate notifications to various stakeholders
• Design and develop Archer applications based on technical requirements using SDLC concepts
  and agile methodology
• Communicate information to key stakeholders and business process owners

Required Qualifications:

• RSA Archer development and administration, advanced workflow and configuration experience,
  performance-tuning experience
• Need to have at least 5+ years of experience in the GRC domain and GRC platforms
• Experienced in end-to-end implementations using Archer eGRC Platform
• Knowledge of out-of-the-box Use cases such as; Policy & Compliance Management, Operational Risk Management, Regulatory and Corporate Compliance, Audit Management, Third Party Management, Business Resilience and Public Sector
•  Experience in designing and hands-on configuration for on-demand applications (ODA’s) in Archer to meet specific requirements.
• Experience in integrating Archer with 3rd Party applications using Data Feeds / APIs.
• Experience in configuring Archer dashboards to provide improved governance, risk, and compliance oversight.
• Good understanding of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) domains.
• Experience of preparing technical documentation and managing delivery through a gated process supported by the required deliverables.
• Gather detailed technical and functional requirements and configure applications using Archer Architect, design & implement GRC solutions in Archer.
• Experienced in adhering to ISO27001.

Desired Skills:

• Archer system integration, implementation, design, and automation
• Knowledge of database development (SQL Server)
• Working knowledge of standards such as; PCI, GDPR, LGPD, SOC, ISO27001, NIST RMF Certifications/training: CISSP, CISA, Archer Certifications
• Industry expertise: Governance, Risk and Compliance
• Soft skills/aptitude: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills and
  problem-solving skills; performs as a team player.
