Position Title: Archer Developer

Role Specific Duties:

Assisting with the architecture and design of solutions within Archer to either expand upon core
applications or develop on-demand applications to meet client requirements
Collaborating with other members of the team to coordinate, plan and deliver client
deliverables
Developing dashboards for executive leadership and other key stakeholders for on demand
reporting and decision making
Troubleshoot notifications, access, and user navigation related issues
Onboarding new users and providing training once they have gained access to the platform.
Assisting in the development and integration of multiple data feeds of external data into the
platform
Assisting in migration of data from legacy archer platform to target state archer platforms
Reviewing import files prior to importing into Archer to ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications:

Archer development and administration, configuration experience, user adoption experience
Need to have at least 3+ years of experience in the GRC domain and GRC platforms
Experienced in end-to-end implementations using Archer eGRC Platform
Knowledge of out-of-the-box Use cases such as Policy & Compliance Management, Operational Risk Management, Regulatory and Corporate Compliance, Audit Management, Third Party Management, Business Resilience and Public Sector Experience in designing and hands-on configuration for on-demand applications (ODA’s) in Archer to meet specific requirements
Experience in configuring Archer dashboards to provide improved governance, risk, and
compliance oversight
Good understanding of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) domains
Experience of preparing technical documentation and managing delivery through a gated
process supported by the required deliverables
Gather detailed technical and functional requirements and configure applications using Archer
Architect, design & implement GRC solutions in Archer

Desired Skills

Archer system integration, implementation, design, and automation
Knowledge of database development (SQL Server)
Working knowledge of standards such as; PCI, GDPR, SOC, ISO27001, NIST RMF Certifications/training: Cybersecurity certifications
Industry expertise: Governance, Risk and Compliance
Soft skills/aptitude: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, good communication skills and
problem-solving skills; a team player.
